Abstract
A historical account of the works of the Administrative Board of Turkish Librarians’ Association during the period of September 23’rd 1994-September 27’th 1996, wherein a series of important decisions concerning the intensification of the relations with IFLA as well as the reorganization of the Association were undertaken.
