Abstract
In recent years many projects that aim to transfer the current services and organizational process to automated system have been launched by public or private organizations through using information technologies in Turkey.
In this study some recommendations made for project management approaches at large scale organizations via a roadmap that defines the concept of ‘project’ and utilizes widely used project management standards.
