Abstract
The future of university library largely depends on the future of university. Some scientists argue that changes in universities are inevitable in order to overcome the problems they meet. Modern information technology is offering various possibilities for this purpose. Some changes, which we have already witnessed in the structure of university, are affecting the libraries in these institutions. in this paper, such developments, which will certainly change the classical library services, and their possible effects on building, butget, collection, personnel, and user aspects of libraries are discussed briefly.
