Abstract

Factors such as frequent changes in the management boards, economic limiters in publishment, distribution, and accessibility of the journals, and the reality that the editors and board of editors work voluntarily, causes threat in perpetuity in journal publishment. On the contrary, mainly coherence and devoted work of the shareholders increase the lifetime of a journal. Moreover, following the improvements in journal publications in the world, policy making, and proper application of those policies enhance the lifetime. This title included studies of policy making and standardization studies during 2016-2020 with the aim of raising and maintaining the quality. At the end of the article short and long term goals are stated.
